Please call (or text) me to cancel any appointments you need to reschedule!If you need to cancel your appointment, please remember I make a living by reserving time for you. I ask that you please cancel no less than 24 hours to enable me to schedule someone else. Because of an increase in the number of no-show appointments and last minute cancellations, I’m forced to implement a deposit policy. (At this time, only those who have no-showed or cancelled last minute will be affected).

After a no show appointment or cancellation with less than 24hr notice, you will need to make a deposit equal to 50% of the appointment value in order to reschedule. The deposit will be credited to your new appointment, but will be non refundable in cases of another no show or late cancelled appointment. (When the new appointment is scheduled, I will send an invoice that will need to be paid within 24hrs or the appointment will not be held)

I certainly understand that “life happens”, and I will always try to be accommodating, but my time is valuable, too. I cannot continue to “come to work and not get paid”. I hope you all understand! Thanks!
